SAWC Spring/WHS Hotel and Travel Information:

The 25th Annual SAWC Spring/WHS will be held at the Georgia World Congress Center, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Blocks of rooms are being held at the hotels listed. These hotels are situated in downtown Atlanta, just 15 minutes from the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport and within walking distance of major shopping and entertainment. Register early, and book your hotel when your registration process is complete — and become eligible for many incentives and promotions being offered as a welcome to the city.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Registration for the SAWC Spring/WHS must be completed before hotel reservations will be accepted. Please note, hotels will not accept reservations directly. HOTEL RESERVATIONS DEADLINE
Reservations must be made by Friday, March 18, 2012 to ensure confirmation of the special SAWC Spring/WHS rates. One night’s deposit plus tax is required to hold your reservation and is nonrefundable for any cancellation. Please note the maximum number of occupants per room is two. Additional guest charges may apply; check when making your reservations.

Incentives for securing your reservation at either hotel:

SAWC Spring/WHS 2012 is pleased to announce we have partnered with Delta Airlines to offer you discounted flights to/from Atlanta GA.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM SAWC/WHS HOST HOTELS
• Taxi service to the Marriott Marquis or the Omni CNN Center is approximately $30 each way.
• The Atlanta Airport Shuttle Service (TAASS) offers shuttle service at $16.50 each way, or $29 round trip. It is not necessary to make reservations before arriving into Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Shuttles depart the airport every 15 minutes between 6:00 a.m. and midnight from the ground transportation center.
